This week’s episode is the first in what will be a regular item, an interview with someone pursuing health and fitness and trying out a plant based approach. This first interview is with Sue Sykes, a remarkable person who has overcome significant challenges with her personal health showing that a will to improve is all that is needed. In this episode Sue talks about her life journey and the challenges she has faced and overcome along the way. Her story is truly inspiring and I hope it helps any of you who are feeling stuck or unsure how to start.
Sue says that “it is never too late to start taking care of your health”; a point I totally agree with. Never feel that you are too old to try something new.
